Al and Joe, Henry and Ro

HI, I'm Allison!

Charlottean, NC State Alum, transplant Atlantan

Married, gainfully employed and trying to fake it 'til I make it in basically all categories

Topics covered: life in the peach state, the adventures of Henry and Ronin, pretty dresses, etc.

The etcetera portion will likely include instances of me making a fool of myself and food I like.

Welcome.

Calling all book lovers

We leave for family vacation tomorrow!

I have been so mentally preoccupied with one million work things and have forgotten to do the following:

  • pack my stuff
  • pack the dogs’ stuff
  • do any laundry
  • GET BOOKS

I am old school and have no e-reader. I go to the library and read books with pages.

Tell me some library books I can check out [editors note: my library doesn’t keep the most current books in the stacks—something about tax cuts and technology].

Terms & Conditions: I don’t do tween, I don’t care about a series, not into sci-fi, no Nicholas Sparks and I will not read 50 shades of anything while sunbathing next to my grandma. Exhibit A.

Help me.
